**Sales Support Specialist****Your Responsibilities**- Provide direct support to internal / external customers- Follow up the customer registration process from start to finish- Follow up on the credit allocation process with all areas involved- Provide commercial support during implementations together with customer owner- Follow up on contracts- Follow up on the expiration and update of tariffs- Support creation of Accounts Development Plans- Prepare and coordinate quotations for customers- Sales process step: opportunity- quoting closing; implementation new customer onboarding, integration**Your Profile**- At least 2 years of experience in Operations in Freight forwarding or Forwarder- Advanced English Level is a must ( B1)- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail- Strong communication skills**We offer**- Competitive salary and benefits program (private life & medical insurance for employees, saving plans, Wellness programs).
