We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tijuana.**Responsibilities**:- Lead the design and development of new products from concept to production, focusing on mechanical components and systems.- Conduct engineering analysis, including stress analysis, fluid dynamics, and thermal analysis, to ensure product performance and reliability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D, to optimize product design and functionality.- Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks) to create detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications.- Perform design reviews, testing, and validation to meet performance, cost, and quality requirements.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and designers.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.- 7+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the industrial equipment or pump industry.- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools.- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.- Experience with product development lifecycle and project management.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month**Experience**:- solidworks: 5 years (required)- GD&T: 5 years (required)Work Location: In person
