Meanwhile, you'll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen.Your Role on Our Team:The Compensation Analyst will research job requirements and evaluate job positions to ensure the company is competitive in the areas of compensation. The Analyst will partner with various business leaders across the organization to communicate compensation recommendations.You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:- Job Analysis: 40%- Support the planning and execution of job analysis activities and job architecture programs, including conducting position evaluation, interviews with HR Business Partners and Functional Leads to document job content, gather job information and make recommendation on job grading.- Participate in third party compensation salary surveys and questionnaires to identify competitive practices. Review results and provide recommendations for additions/deletions of the compensation strategy.- Benchmark and assign job grades for all new positions in the areas of Manufacturing, Distribution, and Operations- Keep abreast of compensation related changes to legislation, provide guidance to the business on potential risks and financial impact.- Compensation Plan Design: 20%- Assist with re-design of all hourly compensation plans, maintaining alignment with the overall compensation strategy and market competitiveness for locations across the U.S.- Maintain both Cost of Living Allowances and Cost of Labor Allowances programs- Reporting: 20%- Generate, maintain and run ad-hoc reports for analysis and understanding- Organize, complete and present data projects as assigned by leadership- Training & Change Management: 20%- Provide counseling to management in the review of moderately complex pay changes on an individual level (promotion, transfers, etc.) and on a larger company wide basis (merit review cycles, market adjustments, etc.)- Work collaboratively with function leads to maintain an open communication environmentPerforms other duties as assigned.The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:1-2 years of Compensation related experienceBachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related fieldWorking ConditionsOffice Environment- Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation (“Milwaukee Tool”) is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer seeking to employ and advance in employment qualified persons without discrimination and to not allow harassment of any employee or applicant because of race, ethnicity, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic characteristics, physical or mental disability, national origin, age, status as a protected veteran, and any other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
