Job Description:Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the worldAs a Compensation Analyst you will play a key role for implementing and managing compensation programs within 3M for employees considered Production. In this role, you will be able to provide advice and instruction regarding non-routine or difficult human resources, policies and procedures. Develops and administers human resources programs such as training, development, salary administration, etc. Works under mínimal supervision.The impact you will make in this role- Responsible for performing Total Compensation Analysis.- Application of Annual Compensation Processes (Annual Bonus & Salary Review).- Market data analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the total compensation package.- Ensure that new admissions proposals comply with global and local guidelines.- Responsible for updating compensation policies and procedures.- Participation in Total Compensation surveys, based on approved global suppliers.- Responsible for analysing and updating salary tabulators.- Responsible for updating the compensation components, due to changes in legislation.- Advisor for the internal areas, in relation to compensation issues.- Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret compensation and benefits with large volumes of data.- Know-how: Familiarity with human resource management software (HRIS), advanced spreadsheets (Excel), and data analysis tools.- Communication: Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.- Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex problems, evaluate different options and make informed solutions/decisions based on data analysis.- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources.- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.- Minimum experience 3 years in the area of Compensation.- Advanced Excel proficiency.- Intermediate level of English.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Previous experience in compensation analysis or similar role.- Knowledge of data analysis software and compensation tools.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
