We collaborate with them to successfully execute their vision so they can achieve their business goals, defend their social license to operate, and increase their prestige.We are looking for specialized in **Accounting and Financial Processes**We need a person with talent, desire to grow, work as a team and share your passion for the accounting area.The Financial Analys will be responsible of ensuring all business transactions are properly recorded and classified in the Financial Statements, in accordance with US and local politics. Will also be responsible for collecting and providing the necessary information for tax fillings and financial audits.**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Develop financial plans utilizing business partner input and leveraging standard tools and processes to enable clear explanations for financial performance in a particular region, function or business, especially in sales and orders.- Maintain and enhance standard orders, sales and backlog reporting including regional and business unit performance, daily trends, and key variances to plan, forecast and prior period- Assit in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting & causals for all key financial metrics for the group- Present and explain financial performance and key variances and changes vs. forecast, plan and prior year**What we need about you...**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting- between 2-4 years of relevant work experience, including budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting- English, advanced level- Knowledge in SAP o similar ERP- Knowledge of tax, regulatory and labor mattersAt LLYC we believe in diversity and inclusion.
