**Sheet Metal Manufacturing Engineer****Responsabilidades**- Desarrolla y actualiza la documentación del proceso y las instrucciones del procedimiento.- Realiza estudios de mano de obra directa utilizando prácticas de ingeniería aceptables y establece estándares sobre operaciones, configuración y diseño de estaciones de trabajo.- Asiste al supervisor de ingeniería de fabricación y al equipo de fabricación con el desarrollo, la justificación y la ejecución de planes a largo plazo para cumplir con los objetivos corporativos.- Apoyar las líneas de fabricación.- Desarrollar y mejorar los procesos de manufactura y administración mediante el uso de herramientas lean.- Administrar y entrenar técnicos.- Realice la planificación de la capacidad, según sea necesario.- Asesorar a gerentes y ejecutivos sobre brechas y oportunidades para la integración de sistemas comerciales y mejoras de procesos, dentro y entre grupos de trabajo.- Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario.**Experiência profesional**- Licenciatura terminada comprobable.- Inglés 70% escrito y hablado.- Más de 5 años de experiência en ingeniería de procesos de fabricación.- Habilidades comprobadas de liderazgo en el desarrollo y la gestión de una operación de fabricación.- Se requieren conocimientos prácticos y experiência práctica en mejora de procesos, procesos de chapa, robótica, programación de PLC, equipos de automatización, mecanizado/herramientas y troqueles.- Se requieren conocimientos avanzados de PC (MS Word, Excel, MS Project).- Conocimientos en balanceo de línea, flujo de procesos y diseño de layout.- Capaz de trabajar en un entorno de alta demanda.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- conocimientos prácticos y experiência práctica en mejora de procesos, procesos de chapa, robótica,- programación de PLC, equipos de automatización, mecanizado/herramientas y troqueles.- conocimientos avanzados de PC (MS Word, Excel, MS Project).- Balanceo de línea, flujo de procesos y diseño de layout.- Capaz de trabajar en un entorno de alta demanda.Educación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- ingeniería de procesos de fabricación: 5 años (Deseable)Idioma:- ingles intermedio avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
