**GREAT JOB OPPORTUNITY IN CANADA / GRAN OPORTUNIDAD DE TRABAJO EN CANADÁ**DE LA FONTAINE, an important steel doors and frames manufacturer based in Canada, is seeking a motivated and polyvalent**:Sheet metal worker**Permanent - Full time**Job located in Sherbrooke, QC CANADA****COME AND WORK IN CANADA**Job description:- Manufacture and assemble sheet metal parts using different cutting, machining, welding, shaping and assembly techniques, using different types of machines (conventional machine tools, numerically controlled machine tools, press brakes, automated welders, numerically controlled sheet metal punching machines, embossers, riveters, laser cutters, etc.);- Operate light metalworking machinery, such as shears, stampers, presses and punches, and also CNC equipment, to cut, bend, punch, drill, profile or straighten sheet metal;- Use computer-assisted laser cutting equipment to cut sheet metal;- Install and use positioning and lifting equipment;- Fabricate and produce bent, rolled, embossed or punched metal parts;- Maintain an orderly and clean work environmentYou will have an influence on:- Production development and advancement;- The quality of products manufactured.Job requirements:- Secondary education diploma;- Good English speaking and understanding;- 1 to 2 year's experience in a factory (a key asset);- Machining and welding background and experience (a key asset);- Good manual dexterity and ability to work quickly;- Professional or personal experience using small tools: screwdriver, pliers, tape measure, calipers, grinders, etc. ;- Show attention to detail and pride in doing one's job well;- Adaptability to various workstations.**Resumes must be in English ONLY.
