Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role involves leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.What a typical day looks like:- Ensure compliance to contract and/or customer specific requirements and responsible to document additional agreements not included in the contract.- Effectively exchanges timely, accurate, appropriate, and relevant information with stakeholders using suitable methods.- Coordinates the process of CSMP, where customer's and GAM satisfaction is reviewed; It includes the implementation of actions with the organization to improve.- Performing the work involved in planning, forecasting, budgeting, managing, and controlling costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget, on time and ensuring benefit realization.- Deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction.- Guides, leads, and motivates CFT and other project stakeholders to manage and overcome issues to effectively achieve project objectives.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.- Fluent English oral and written.- Previous experience in similar position.- Previous experience in program/project management.- Previous experience in PCBA and electronics manufacturing.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.- Demonstrable track record of managing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.- Must be a self-starter with innovation, integrity, and attention to details.- Strong communication skill.- P&L knowledge, revenue & forecasting experience.- Experience with demanding customers.- Strong and working knowledge on MS Office, MS Project, MRP and PLM.- PMP / PMI certification is also a plus.- MBA is also a plus.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.AD80Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
