Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Guadalajara, South CampusReporting to the Program Management Manager the Program Manager you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.What a typical day looks like:- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.- In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.- Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.- Advanced experience in the position is essential- Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)- Experience in P&L reports- Microsoft Project- MS Office (Excel, PP)- Experience with CFT- Experience with demanding clients- Customer Service experience- Project Management knowledge- BAAN, SAP, Oracle (preferred)- NPI experience (preferred)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary- Life & Medical insurance- Christmas Bonus- Food Coupons- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceAU51LI-AU1Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
