The Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Premium Engagement and Advisory provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As the SAP Technology Associate Consultant in the Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) team, you will:
- Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through blueprint, design, implementation, operation, optimization and upgrade phases of the SAP solution.
- Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
- Support team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers.
- Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
- Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working against deadlines.
- Take initiative (self-starter), drive results, and accept increasing levels of responsibility.
- Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and engage in continuous professional learning of SAP products.
- Learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
- Utilize time efficiently to achieve effective and efficient results.
- Manage multiple tasks or projects with changing priorities and thrive on performing multiple responsibilities at once.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1 year related work experience.
- Preference for completion of SAP course or project work through academics.
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently.
- Analytical, results-driven, and have a solution-oriented approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation, and listening.
- Experience working in a distributed project setup across geographical locations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, independent decision-making, and networking skills.
- Experience in handling customers and driving innovation.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, and Linux) preferred.
- Technical knowledge in SAP HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge/experience with SQL, Database Management, Programming, System Administration, Security, and Networking preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred.
- SAP Certifications preferred.
Position is based in Mexico City.
