Bachelors or Technical Degree (minimum) or Professional (incomplete)- Skills in automotive electronics and mechanics are required. Programming and CAD skills are optional.- Working knowledge of data collecting devices including but not limited to: data loggers, microcontrollers, dedicated laboratory equipment.- Knowledge of various physics measurement concepts such as: position, speed, acceleration, force, voltage, current, pressure and temperature.- Solid organizational skills including proven ability to multi-task and maintain project deadlines- Ability to work independently and communicate results with solid verbal and written skills- Proficient in utilizing MS Office tools (Excel, Word. Outlook, SharePoint)- Willingness to learn new testing techniques.- Follow metrology test procedures, understanding the importance of not generating deviations.- Communicate needs to Prototype Workshop, Storage and Testing Garage, keeping the work flow steady.- Run automated tests, keeping record of the test conditions, files and results.- Perform vehicle, system or subsystem 3D scanning tests- Drive vehicles and evaluate any instrumentation quality concern that might affect the test, safety or development purposes.- Practice and promote safe working habits and maintain a clean working environment as 5S´s and Visual Factory in their working areas and within the laboratory.- Maintain and control the supplies and resources to support daily work.- Train new team members in testing techniques, equipment, testing hardware and data analysis software.- Possess and promote a positive attitude, proactivity and performs other duties as assigned.- Able and willing to work off shifts, days off and weekends as necessary.
