Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.- Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business. Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site. Use of the following tools may be required: word processing, spread sheets, and presentation packages. Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong Financial knowledge with full understanding of Profit and Loss statements and Balance sheets.- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret structured bills of materials, technical drawings, schematics, assembly and test specifications and technical procedures.- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.- Impacts the near-term (quarterly/semi-annual) operational success of the function. Executes and provides input to functional processes or technologies. Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area.- Makes decisions for the function. Decisions may affect multiple departments or functions.- Demonstrates experience in performance development, teaching/leading, mentoring and/or organization development. Instills appropriate behavior in others in support of Flex values. Supports strategic direction for the function.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Typically requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or related field.- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
