Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of complex CRM solutions within integrated enterprise landscapes. Translate business requirements into technical architectures and solution blueprints. Define platform roadmaps, module adoption plans, and integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture. Ensure solutions comply with CRM platform best practices, performance, and security standards. Review new CRM platform features and recommend enhancements to existing solutions. Guide governance processes and enforce development, release, and platform usage standards. Collaborate with stakeholders on impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, and risk evaluations. Lead design reviews and validate technical implementations. Support platform upgrades, architectural refactoring, and performance optimization. Act as a subject matter expert on CRM platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmaps. Ensure AI features are implemented to maximize user performance within organizational guardrails. Qualifications In‑depth expertise in modern CRM platform architectures, including data, integration, and multi‑instance strategies. Advanced configuration and scripting skills. Strong knowledge of CRM platform AI features and related technologies. Expertise integrating CRM platforms with external systems using modern iPaaS solutions. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control. Knowledge of performance tuning, security controls, and access governance for CRM platforms. Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and cloud‑native design. Hands‑on ability to validate designs with development teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and IT service management practices (ITIL).
