Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow’s clean and connected car.Activities:- Evaluate and explore intern/trainees/apprentices/VIE/graduate program pipeline- Consolidate needs from all sites- Integrate DE&I strategy into TA tools, processes and methodologies in order to ensure TA is playing a pro-active role in driving forward OPmobility 's Diversity agenda- Keep the TA dashboard updated- Participate in continuous improvement of TA model- School-related activities:- Participate in regional school relation activities and partnerships- Identify relevant universities and schools in line with OPmobility strategy with the support of local HR team- Build and keep up to date regional talent pipeline- Employer branding:- Participate in OPmobility Employer Branding activities- Promote OPmobility image on our career site, LinkedIn and other social media / job boards- Competences requirements:- Business school, HR Bachelor’s or master’s degree.- A Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.- Results oriented, proven negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, open to multicultural/intercultural environment, team player.- Very good command of the English language, ability to travel as required-- #LI-GS1**Date**:6 Sep 2024**Location**:Puebla, MX**Job Requisition ID**:
