We are seeking a full-time Senior User Experience Designer with a strong passion for creating amazing experiences in the digital space. Verimatrix needs your help creating a refined and consistent user experience across all of our products. We are a global company and appreciate people with global awareness and knowledge (languages other than English are a bonus).Some tasks the Sr. UX Designer will perform:- Evaluate UI/UX in existing products and implement design enhancements with the end user in mind- Design elegant experiences founded on strong UX principles and best practices for multiple platforms and for an extensive range of products- Strive to create a consistent user experience and brand awareness for the Verimatrix product line- Create, implement and maintain a design system to be used by all Verimatrix products- Help evangelize design system principles and guidelines to all team members- Create user task flows, mockups, prototypes and detailed UX specifications to ensure the design is communicated among all stakeholders- Collaborate regularly with product management and engineers to produce high quality, user-centric designs that are achievable within project constraints- Solve UX problems through architectural and visual design that may not be well defined or ambiguous in nature- Help take our designs into the future with modern but usable interfaces and interactions- Establish processes to incorporate and embed UX into the product development process**Required Qualifications**:- 10+ years of experience in UX design- Ability to develop UI mockup interfaces and Information Architecture flows- Experience with Microsoft Office tools- Experience with Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD)- Experience working in an Agile environment with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence)- Willingness to collaborate with customers and diverse stakeholders (marketing, product management, front end and back end engineers)- Experience building interfaces across multiple platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop)- Strong verbal and written communication as well as negotiation skills- Multi-tasking, flexibility, and adaptability- Ability to navigate highly technical concepts and translate into clear and simple UX requirements- Must be self-directed and work autonomously- Experience creating user experiences for enterprise solutions- Experience with SaaS platform UX- Ability to create prototypes to communicate design concepts or perform usability studies- Experience with responsive and adaptive design concepts**Each of the Following would be a Plus**:- Strong background in user research to support design decisions- Experience in video delivery, security, and Digital Rights Management- Background in creating experiences for data visualizations- Graphic design skills such as icon creation**About Verimatrix**:**_Offering:_** Medical benefits, Life Insurance, paid holidays, vacation, 30 days Christmas bonus, Grocery and Restaurant Vouchers.**in compliance with Verimatrix’s **Privacy Notice9N411UMQ5Y
