We request**:Customer Service**What you’ll do:- Have effective communication and negotiation skills, being able to overcome objections and find solutions.- Achieve collection goals by providing customer service and then secure collecting as much as possible, as soon as possible as human as possible.- Effective win - win negotiation on overdue account payments- General billing support to clarify doubts, orders and complaints regarding overdue payments or fees- Listen, respond, and resolve consistently on every call throughout your shift.What you’ll bring:- Advanced Conversational English to converse seamlessly with U.S. customers.- Personal Computer experience with ERP and Office Excel.- Previous experience in customer care.Monthly Base Salary: MXN$14,300 (before Taxes)Workday: Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.**Salary**: $14,300.00 per monthWork Location: In person
