About us. Our Proposal. We're looking for a Technical Project Manager, who can do a good balance between assertiveness and technical domain. The person should be able to identify whether to put a stop during a meeting or continue presenting a point, motivate its team, and have solid knowledge and skills of architecture and development within a Microsoft environment. Also, the chosen person should be prepared to get hands‑on coding when needed. Responsibilities Oversees all project operations from inception to execution. Responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines and supervising team members. Highly organized and can multitask successfully under pressure. Creates project plans with relevant team members. Supervises team members and ensure that deadlines are followed. Maintain the project budget. Prepare progress reports for senior management. Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials. Oversee the implementation of project improvements. Qualifications It can be a perfect match if you meet… A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field. 5 years minimum of experience in IT, project management or a related field. Excellent leadership abilities. Excellent computer literacy skills. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in the English language.
