We're looking for a **Technical Project Manager** based in LATAM to lead software development initiatives for a high-impact client in the tech space.This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and knows how to balance structure with adaptability.**What You'll Do**:- Lead end-to-end project management for software initiatives—from planning through launch- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decisions to maintain momentum- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical and business goals- Define and monitor project metrics to track progress and outcomes- Optimize project management methodologies and processes for efficiency- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and success**What You'll Bring**:- 5+ years of technical project management experience, especially in software development.- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with multiple dependencies- Excellent organizational and documentation skills- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities- Hands-on experience with tools like Shortcut, Jira, and Confluence- Technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts- Ability to collaborate synchronously during **US Eastern Time hours.**:- Willingness to travel occasionally to the **U.S. or Canada.****Nice to Have**:- PMP or Agile certification- Experience with martech or advertising platforms**Why Join EX Squared?**:At EX Squared LATAM, we build cutting-edge digital products while fostering a culture of **ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning**.
