Website Content Coordinator

**Date**:11 Oct 2024**Company**:Qualitest Group- Qualitest is looking for a Website Content Coordinator in Mexico- About the position:- We are seeking a Website Content Coordinator to oversee the management, maintenance and publishing of content on our client's websites and portals.-- Responsibilities:- Partner across marketing teams and business stakeholders to manage, update and edit our client's website content for accuracy and consistency.- Partner with content marketing, corporate communications and other stakeholders to build and manage a long-term content schedule for publishing and updating content.- Implement and test web forms to ensure functionality and proper synchronization with backend systems such as a CRM and/or website personalization platforms.- Upkeep and management of website media libraries and media assets used to enhance website experience.- Monitor performance and conduct content audits to identify and rectify outdated information.- Partner with creative team, UI/UX designer and other stakeholders to develop pages from design mockups using WordPress page builders.- Identify new opportunities to expand our website based on user behavior, business growth objectives and goals.- Develop and launch landing pages associated with ongoing, short-term marketing initiatives.- Partnering with internal teams and stakeholder to coordinate and manage the translation process for web content in local markets.- Coordinate and manage internal QA and UAT testing processes with business partners and stakeholders to ensure published content is accurate, user-centric and compatible with primary devices and browsers.-- Partner with SEO, content marketing and corporate communications partners to optimize website and content for SEO to improve visibility and reach.- Qualifications:- 2-5 years of experience in website management and/or web content-related roles.- Proven experience in website and/or content management, preferably within a WordPress environment.- Skill with modern web hosting platforms (e.g. WordPress, Sitecore, etc.).- Knowledge of leading website plug-ins and how they can be applied to our content processes.- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML.- Foundational knowledge of SEO best practices.- Demonstrated experience monitoring website performance and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) to make necessary improvements to website content and website experience.- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies and decisions.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.- A proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.- Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment is essential.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred but not necessary.- Why Qualitest?- Work hard and play harder with our flexible and casual culture.- Stay healthy - with private health insurance coverage offered from day 1 of employment.- Shop and spend for things you need with our food card benefit which is accepted in over 6500 stores in Mexico.- Get the help you need when you need it with our Employee Assistance Program which offers counseling services to you and members of your household at no cost.
