What to Expect- Tesla seeks an autonomous, highly energetic, business-oriented professional to support the Charging team’s scaled deployment of the Supercharger network in Mexico. This role will accelerate Supercharger site acquisition efforts by developing training materials and process improvements to increase team efficiency, spearheading urgent deployments in critical markets and supporting the broad North American site development team with landlord outreach and lease negotiations. This position will also execute on program plans and new initiatives working with internal and external stakeholders, and the individual will be responsible for renewal, amendment and consent negotiations. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of Tesla’s programs, projects, and organization.What You’ll Do- Manage pipeline of existing Supercharger sites requiring lease renewals, extensions and/or amendments, negotiating terms with site hosts- Negotiate and execute lease, amendments or consents required to incorporate future Tesla products at our existing Supercharger stations- Support creation of training materials and implementation of process improvement initiatives to drive team efficiency- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external deployment colleagues- Work with attorneys to draft, negotiate and execute required lease agreements- Work closely with regional teams to strategize around landlord outreach- Support site development team with programmatic initiatives, regional support and achieving goalsWhat You’ll Bring- Required +4 years of experience with legal real estate concepts and working with attorneys to draft, negotiate and execute legal documents.- Skilled at negotiating to meet key objectives of a business plan.- Comfort managing a large and dynamic pipeline with metrics & KPI’s.- Strong relationship management skills to work with key internal and external counterparts.- Superb organizational skills with strong multi-tasking abilities.- Focused personality while maintaining a flexible attitude towards critical tasks.- Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
