**About the Role**:**Responsibilities**:- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective clients and their families.- Collect, verify, and enter client information accurately into the system.- Explain home care services and answer client questions with clarity and empathy.- Coordinate with care teams to schedule assessments and initiate services.- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.- Provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple cases.**Qualifications**:- Fluency in **Spanish and English** (verbal and written) is required.- Previous experience in **home care, healthcare intake, or related field**.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting.**What We Offer**:- Hybrid position with the opportunity to transition to fully remote long term.- Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends required.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $19,223.91 - $20,132.60 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 06700, Roma Norte, CDMX
