_**Lugar de trabajo: Empresalia, Queretaro **_- **Esquema hibrido (Home office + Oficina)**_- **Prestaciones superiores a las de la ley**_**Primary Purpose of the Position**This position will support the broader Finance and IBP teams to analyze customer short payments and claims and challenge where appropriate, support the finance planning processes, and develop reporting capabilities to facilitate the maturation of the Finance trade management process and IBP team from managing every order to managing by exception. Position will focus and analyze key drivers and an ability to reconcile charges back to our customers or correct our processes to eliminate the root cause.**Essential Responsible Areas**:- Partner with Commercial Finance Manager and Sales Broker to analyze data around customer claims and non- trade activity. Determine validity and root cause as appropriate. Lead the process to collect supporting documentation and challenge invalid claims back to customer and recoup lost revenue.- Partner with GBS and Customer Fulfillment on returns and invalid claim collection.- Supports Commercial Finance Manager in trade reporting and validation.- Collect and input planning data for SG&A cost centers during forecast cycles.- Develop reporting capability for the Cups IBP team focused on Customer to Cash. For example, open orders, Amazon reporting, credit blocks etc. Partner with RPA team in Brazil to automate reporting once a standard report is finalized.- Provide adhoc reporting as necessary to the Cups Finance and IBP team within the Customer to Cash processes.- Works comfortably within large, ambiguous interrelated data sets and able to model and analyze data in tools such as MS Excel to find data correlations and exceptions that can be used to map data to business requirements, processes, and related software solutions.**Position Requirement & Competencies**:- Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college or work-related experience.- Related experience of 3 years.- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.- Should have analytics experience with large data sets from multiple sources.- Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills required.- Tableau/QlikSense preferred- Experience with SAP and creating reports.- Spanish/English RequiredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Incluye fines de semana- Rotativo- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Descuento de empleados- Días por enfermedad- Horarios flexibles- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de asistencia- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidad- Bono mensualPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cual es su expectativa económica?Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
