At PepsiCo, we’re committed to performing well as individuals and in teams, to strengthen the company as a whole.**Support in the execution of Change Management agenda for S&OP LATAM, Digital Value Chain Program (DVC) LATAM and Global IBP for LATAM.****.****Accountabilities**:- Support in the development of the holistic Change Management Strategy and roadmap for S&OP, IBP and DVC Programs with multi-country and multi-capability complexity- Support in the development of 3 Change Management Programs (Design, Manage, Lead, Sustain and Engage) for each capability, with phased multi-country go-lives for each capability.- Executes Change Management LATAM strategic platform for Supply Chain Transformation in (S&OP, IBP and DVC)- Implement change plan for S&OP, IBP and DVC Program to address anticipated resistance points of impacted groups, using a structured approach for impact assessment and building commitment for LATAM Ous.- Build and maintain Change Management network HRBPs, Change Management, Functional leads and Transformation by country and across sectors- Networking with HRBP - HR Local and SDT Leader to support DVC Program within Operating Unit- Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams at various levels to educate them on the change process, change concepts, typical reactions to change and the basics of change leadership- +2 years of experience in Change Management/Transformation/HR- Language: Spanish / English fluent / Portuguese preffered- Creative problem solver who see connections in data- Comfortable challenging views of senior leaders and providing alternative insights and/or options where required- Ability to plan and manage change initiatives and their impact to people, processes and technology, including planning and delivery of necessary organization communications to enable the change.- Strong Project Management capability and leadership skills- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills- Negotiation & Communication Skills- Self- starter & self -managed- Ability to to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business goals- Influencing skills to deliver results through others without solid line direct reports- Solid collaborative skills across function, sector, and business boundaries**Skilss required for success in the role**- Makes the right trade-offs and balances resources to deliver results- High degree of influencing & collaboration- Ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities- Expert decision-making and problem-solving skills- Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational boundaries- Succeeding in virtual communities- Continuous improvement mindsetThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
