**:
Shop Lead will oversee daily production planning of the assigned facility to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plans and organizes daily production planning.
- Works directly with material handling, mounting, foam fill, and shipping to ensure production goals and objectives are met.
- Complete understanding of production area.
- Responsible for inventory control.
- Responsible for overseeing safety, work instructions, and ISO 9001.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Foreign Travel may be required for training purposes.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)**:

- Good problem solving abilities.
- Can troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of a plan’s success or failure.
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Extensive knowledge of products and operations, specifically in commercial or industrial tires.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Two to three years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, English required.
- Knowledge / Experience on supervising direct labor force.
- This individual will have directly under him, the direct labor force assembling our product.
- Knowledge / Experience on warehousing.
- Knowledge / Experience on lean manufacturing techniques.
- Knowledge on maintenance programs.
- Knowledge on ISO and Quality systems.
