We are looking for a Systems Verification and Validation Engineer to join our R&D team and play a key role in the integration, verification, and validation of our In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) medical devices. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to life-changing healthcare technology, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Lead and support system-level verification of medical devices. Participate in design reviews and develop test plans, test cases, and automation solutions. Analyze system requirements and create verification strategies across software, electrical, mechanical, and analytical components. Develop and execute system and subsystem test procedures. Build and document test bench components and automation tools. Support system integration, debugging, hazard analysis, and risk assessments. Collaborate with R&D, Quality Engineering, and Product Management teams. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Systems, or Biomedical Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience (medical device industry preferred). Experience in the full product development lifecycle. Test automation experience (Python, Squish) is a plus. Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems (software, electrical, mechanical). Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
