The Role This is an opportunity for a talented Technical Project Manager to join our growing Tech Holding family. If you are a self-starter and a team-player who is ready to take charge of technical teams and help exceed our clients expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you What you will do Management of the internal team and client communication. The TPMs are the single source of keeping everyone focused on the goals and objectives of the project deliverables. Independently manage the day-to-day delivery of 2 to 3 concurrent medium to large-scale web development projects at a time Coordinate with various cross-functional teams to drive projects forward : Product, Design, Engineering, Content, Marketing, etc. Work with partners in multiple time zones - Los Angeles, New York / Atlanta, London (will need to be involved in meetings by at least 8 AM PT) Define and maintain detailed project plans, and track on-time delivery Regularly communicate with stakeholders regarding project status, dependencies, risks, and issues Organize and lead meetings to align team members on project status, follow up on next steps, coordinate needs, etc. Experience working with both creative and technical team members Qualifications Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or MIS 5 + years of experience in program / project management MUST be an expert in Project Management tools such as Jira , Smartsheet, Confluence , and other related communications tools. Ability to manage Project Scope, Resource matrix, Risks and Go To Market steps Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team. Experience adapting project management methodologies to the needs of a given project / client. Experience partnering with integrated and production teams to drive the production process for digital deliverables. Must be certified in Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership / Coaching. Nice to have Skills Experience managing a small team of engineers Consulting experience Experience working closely with stakeholders Education & Certifications Bachelors in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or MIS #J-18808-Ljbffr
