Tasks" Manages the project portfolio defined for Mexico by support on plans definitions,- Project support on meetings, communications Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.- Project support on follow up on budgets & activities"" Coordinate with company executives, sales and marketing professionals, reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue.- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data."" Understanding company strategy and analysis data of previous or current projects- Evaluate meet of KPIs and metric from previous- projects- Define KPIs and follow up of new projects to proposal and base on analysis define new approaches"**Qualifications**:- Bachelors Degree from the following fields Administration, Engineering, Economy or similar.- 3 to 5 years + of Experience leading projects- 3 to 5 years + of sales/field experience**PROVEN EXPERIENCE at**:- Customer Centricity- Data IT Tools- Data-requirements gathering, validation and Analysis- Strategic planning and methods- Advanced English level**DESIRABLE**:- SAP Applications- Customer Journey Design- Technical Product Knowledge- KPI Management- Business Knowledge- Experience leading project teams, direct leadership of peopleAbout usContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
