Recursos Humanos- Servicios generales- hace 6 meses**Descripción**:En Totum Talent nos encontramos buscando talento para una posición de Data and Process Intern para una empresa dedicada a servicios de Recursos Humanos.ObjetivoApoyo en los proyectos de estandarización, sistematización y análisis de información y riesgos tanto de clientes internos como externos. Auxiliar de propuesta y desarrollo de nuevos productos enfocados a los servicios del área de Consultoría.**Responsabilidades**:- Participar en juntas con clientes internos y externos, proveedores (enfoque operativo)- Elaboración de documentos, guías y procesos acorde a proyectos establecidos- Generación de reportes para la toma de decisiones estratégicas- Recabar y conglomerar información para el análisis de datos y riesgos de la organización- Apoyar en análisis y búsquedas de oportunidad de automatización de los procesos- Realizar evaluaciones constantes de la información y de los procesos para su evaluación y búsqueda de mejora- Informar acerca de inconsistencias, riesgos y problemas al Consultor de Datos, compensaciones y proyectos- Apoyar en la identificación de problemas, riesgos y problemas asociados a los procesos, así como posibles acciones de mitigación (colaborado con las áreas involucradas)**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura o ingeniería (en curso)- Inglés intermedio Residencia en Mty.Experiência- Experiência en Bases de datos (deseable)- Experiência en Excel intermedio - avanzado (deseable)Conocimientos- Documentación y estandarización de procesos- Data Storytelling
