**Job Details****What you will do**The master data specialist executes critical data governance processes on a day-to-day basis supporting the business.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Support data requests from requesters across various regions and countries for master data domain in scope.- Ensure completeness and accuracy of master data requests- Follow policy, governance, and procedure requirements for data formatting and taxonomy standards during data entry based on training- Performs the day to day activities of creating and maintaining master data as per defined processes and service level agreements (SLAs).- Sustains quality and timely master data, whether existing or new data.**Skills Required**:- **Advanced English skills**:- **2-3 years experience of previous experience in Data activities**:- **Basic understanding of data screens within ERP/Master Data Management system.**:- **Clearly understand the flow of Master Data add, change, deactivate processes and should be able to generate/review basic data quality reports.**:- Hands-on experience with master data technologies or interim tools utilized in managing master data at JCI (e.g. Service Now)- Multi-lingual, to include English and at least one to two additional language(s).- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent communication SkillsJohnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion.
