**About the Role**:We are looking for a skilled Financial Lead to help us with analyzing company's financial issues and develop suggestions for their solving developing measures and suggestions for future financial plans, presenting them to senior managers. You will have to recommend, design and monitor short-term and long-term investment strategies for our company.We expect you to be have experience in using financial management knowledge for cost analysis, preparing budget reports and evaluating current accounting trends. Besides you will have to advise company's managers on potential acquisitions and strategic decisions while following our business objectives and legal regulations.This is a key strategic position that will help us grow as a company and ensure a strong number-oriented culture at Beek. The role is fully remote.**Responsibilities include**:- Analyze company's performance as well as costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and other related data and compare the actual results to the business plans- Performing financial data analysis to define our financial status- Interpret financial information and use it to prepare financial reports to senior managers staff while recommending further courses of action- Reviewing and developing financial models and fiscal policies, ensuring their compliance with legal regulations- Develop measures to optimize company's financial health- Organize reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities- Create reliable reports and forecasts- Creating budget reports and presenting them- Analyzing costs and benchmarking data- Taking part in regular audits and suggesting optimized financial action plans- Finding investment opportunities- Preparing forecast models based on current and past financial data- Consulting company's senior managers on financial planning- Organize company's finance IT system- Oversee cash flows for the company's operations**About You**:You're passionate about people and excited to join a quickly growing team and rapidly scaling company. For you, no challenge is too big or solution too small.**Experience, knowledge, and understanding**:- 3+ years' experience of working on a Financial Specialist, Financial Analyst or other relevant position- Solid experience with financial and accounting procedures and best practices- Good experience in analyzing market trends and providing data-based advice- Good experience in presenting and explaining investment information and financial plans- Good practical experience with finance and statistical analysis software- Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail- BS degree in Finance, Economics or other related area; additional qualification such as CPA or CFA will be a bonus**Technical skills**:- Experience with strategic planning and budgeting- Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish**Bonus if**:- Previous roles in a tech start-up- Master in Science or Master in Business Administration (MBA)- CPA or CFA
