Conagra Brands, forma parte de la creación de algo GRANDE.Responsible for forecast, translating the consensus forecast to other areas to finalize volume mix. Takes and understands the inputs and translates into models to provide statistical forecast. Focuses on understanding volume drivers to improve forecast accuracy and highlight risk to support proactive action plans to ensure plan deliveryPosition Responsibilities- Drives the monthly forecast consensus process for brands assigned by engaging the entire cross functional team resulting in short- and long-term demand plans.- Collaborates with key partners across the organization to obtain consistent forecast inputs and address input gaps.- Works with production planning and deployment to translate consensus forecasts into an operational forecast for the entire network.- Ensures successful customer promotion execution through effective planning and leveraging of key customer event inputs.- Engagement in forecasting of new item launches form ideation to production to ensure success.- Aids in the communication flow of changes to forecast and disseminates information to all stakeholders accordingly.- Reports on forecast accuracy and leads the refinement and improvement of forecasting process, tools, and systems to improve results.- Tracks and reconciles metrics versus established targets.- Supports annual planning process for designated brands.- Presents findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making.Position Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related field- 2 years related experience preferred- Experience in production/inventory/demand planning environment or a heavily collaborative function in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry- Has a basic understanding of all supply chain processes and the downstream effects demand planning has on the process.- Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge with thorough attention to detail- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Experience in an/or exposure to Sales and Operations Planning processes and procedures, customer planning, and/or supply planning- Experience in leading and or facilitating projectsConagra Brands o sus filiales son empleadores con igualdad de oportunidades y consideran solicitantes de empleo calificados(as) sin tener en cuenta sexo, raza, color de piel, religión, origen étnico o nacional, género, orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género, edad, embarazo, estado de incapacidad, discapacidad, estado de veterano(a), información genética y/o cualquier otra característica o estado protegido por la ley nacional, federal, estatal o local.
