Position Title**:Demand Planner**Position Type**: Regular - Full-TimeWe are looking for a professional with a degree in Business or Engineering who resides in Ciudad de Mexico to join the Supply Chain Mexico team. (offices located in Santafe)This role is responsible for leading the Sales & Operation Planning Process (S&OP) aligned with the demand needs of our clients, ensuring forecast accuracy and competitiveness.**Communications and Interactions**:The role reports to the Planning ManagerThe person will manage multiple internal organizational relationships (local and international). He along with the Plannign Manager will lead the S&OP process and strategy.**Accountabilities**- Guarantee product supply based on the analysis of sales indicators and inventory. (Interaction with International Team)- Lead the S&OP meetings and seek and implement efficiencies and improvementes in the process- Baseline generation under statistical processes. Which would be the basis of the forecast to be built with the commercial team, marketing team with BB- Communicate Mexico demand to the team in other regions through APO**Qualifications**- Must have Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering- Must have a minimum of 5 years demand planning experience in consumer goods industry preferably in food industry- Must have excelent EXCEL skills- Must have experience with SAP (APO)- Must have English Medium-Advance**Competencies**- Linking business needs to leverage scale- Strong communication skills at all levels- Demand analysis skills- Resilience- Work under preasure skills- Frustration tolerance Skills- McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
