Through our household brands, like Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Hellman’s and Axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.Location: Bosques de las LomasWHAT YOU WILL DO:Manage the activities of Safety and Environment, in order to prevent accidents and injuries, reducing the possible risks of work and unsafe conditions in the operational centers of the promoter staff, as well as avoiding losses that have an impact on the profitability of the business, as well as promoting the commitment to safety through prevention activities with the promoter staff.- Verify and ensure compliance with national legislation on safety and Internal Standards, in the workplaces of the promoter staff.- Follow up on the Standard Framework in terms of Security for the promoter part.- Establish the guidelines for the operation in promotion of controls for risks in machinery, tools and facilities to ensure that it is carried out safely and appropriately, in accordance with the requirements established in the official Mexican standards.- Investigate, analyze and propose alternative improvements that reduce the probability of risks due to the activities and operations of the promoter staff.- Establish guidelines to ensure continuous monitoring of safety indicators to comply with safety regulations.- Recommend control and security actions in the design, execution and operation of security projects and work plans with self-service stores.- Periodically verify work procedures to prevent non-compliance and non-conformities, to detect and correct, potential risks or change of conditions (standards).- Carry out a program for awareness and zero tolerances for unsafe acts and conditions.- Accident investigationWHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:- University completed- Advanced English- Teamwork, critical analysis by sales channel, relationship with BP- Monitoring compliance with SHE standards, policies and procedures of internal controls SHE in Promotoria.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills.- Knowledge of security legislation Management Systems (ISO, OSHAS)- Train staff in SHE issues.- Analysis of performance information in SHENOTE
