**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**

Asegurar el cumplimiento al programa de FWS de Safety Unilever, con objetivos de cero fatalities y cero accidentes registrables, así como garantizar el cumplimiento legal en las áreas donde es responsable
- Responsabilidad de gestionar y dar cumplimiento a los requisitos de seguridad legales del país y Normas Internas, en los lugares de trabajo del personal logístico y promotor.
- Dar seguimiento al Framework Standard de Seguridad/ Estándares Globales Unilever para la parte logística y mercaderistas.
- Gestión de indicadores de área para cumplir con las normas de seguridad
- Análisis de riesgos con controles/barreras y proponer alternativas de mejora que reduzcan la probabilidad de riesgos por las actividades y operaciones del personal logístico y promotor.
- Recomendar acciones de control y seguridad en el diseño, ejecución y operación de proyectos de seguridad y planes de trabajo con tiendas de autoservicio, y Centro de Distribución. - Apoyar las auditorías técnicas y de gestión de GAT/SHEPAR/PCC en GTM
- Soporte en la investigación de los incidentes.
- Visitar y auditar áreas GtM (tiendas, mercaderistas, ventas, CDU).
- Apoyar a 3PL en la implementación de la gestión SHE en CDU.
- Promover programa de concientización y tolerancia cero a actos y condiciones inseguras.

**Experiência**

Universitario - titulado

**Habilidades**
- Inglés avanzado
- Trabajo en equipo, análisis crítico por canal de venta, logística, relación con BP
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de estándares SHE, políticas y procedimientos de controles internos SHE en Promotoria y logística.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación
- Conocimiento de legislación de seguridad Sistemas de Gestión (ISO, OSHAS).
- Capacitar al personal en temas SHE.
- Análisis de información de desempeño en SHE.
