We are a growing company and looking for one to two people who are excited about learning and growing into this company.MUST HAVE SOLAR OR APPOINTMENT SETTING EXPERIENCE**Payment structure**The position we are hiring for is the opening campaign with the opportunity to grow into the back end campaign. Average amount of appointments generated is 15 to 25 appointments set a week.**Qualifications**:- Strong work ethic- A positive attitude- Great communication skills- A passion for learning and growing with the company- A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- A self-motivated individual who is eager to learn new things and grow with the company- A team player who can also work independently- Must be comfortable talking on the phone and in person with customers.**Responsibilities**:- Generate sales leads from various sources (online, social media, dialer etc.)and follow up on assigned leads.- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.**Job Types**: Contract, Part-time, Temporary, Full-timePay: From $17.40 per hourExpected hours: 25 - 40 per week**Experience**:- Solar appointment setting: 1 year (required)Work Location: Remote
