You will be surrounded by a high-calibre team that will encourage you to do your best.**In this role, you will**:- Lead the strategy, planning, and flawless execution of field marketing programs and events tailored to specific business needs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.- Be accountable for the ABM strategy and execution for key accounts in Mexico, working closely with sales to identify, prioritize, and activate personalized programs that drive engagement and opportunities.- Define and track key performance metrics, conduct post-event analyses, and deliver actionable ROI insights to drive ongoing optimization.- Represent the brand at key events, ensuring consistent messaging and delivering exceptional, high-impact experiences.- Manage and optimize event budgets, continuously evaluating outcomes against objectives to refine future efforts.- Collaborate closely with central and regional marketing teams, as well as cross-functional partners, to align on strategy and meet pipeline generation goals.- Proactively identify new market opportunities and trends to inform field marketing and ABM strategy.- Build and manage relationships with customers and partners as part of event programming—coordinating panels, speaker engagements, and strategic conversations that highlight real-world success stories and deepen audience connection.- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.**Minimum requirements for the role**:- 4+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on field marketing, event marketing, or ABM with a proven ability to define strategy, lead complex initiatives, and contribute to broader go-to-market strategies.- Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and implementing large-scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and campaigns.- Demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful, customer-facing content as part of integrated marketing initiatives.- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.- Excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to deliver high-quality work on deadline in a dynamic environment with multiple moving parts.- Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess the performance and impact of content and marketing programs, with the ability to derive strategic insights and make data-driven decisions.- Self-starter with a proactive mindset; able to work independently, take initiative, and bring strategic ideas that drive marketing and business objectives.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.- Willingness to travel up to 30% for events and on-site activations.- Fluent i
