Development of continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and key plant metrics.**Qualification****Education**:Bachelor’s degree in engineering.**Experience**:2 years minimum in the area of ??processes, production, quality or laboratory in companies with similar manufacturing branches.**Languages**:Advanced English / Fluent spoken and written.**Qualifications and desired skills**:- Knowledge of quality criteria- Operation of machinery (compression molding presses, extruders, cryogenic phase shift equipment)- Manufacturing processes and implementation of new production processes.- Minitab- AutoCAD (Basic)- Measurement tools- Knowledge of rubber characteristics and processing- Problem Solving- Compression molding- Rubber extrusion- Statistics- Core Tools- A3- Ergonomic analysis- Mold machining (Basic)- Project Management (Desirable)- Vizio- Root cause analysis- Knowledge of IATF Standard- VISA**Abilities**:- Organized- Strong interpersonal skills.- Analytical- Ability to handle conflicts- Strong communication skills- Responsible- Integrate- Team oriented.- Self-motivated- Motivated by your goals**Essential job duties and responsibilities**- Production support through continuous improvement in main activities.- Review of work instructions and standard worksheets for manufacturing processes- Document creation for clients.- Creation and/or modification of procedures- Manufacturing cost reduction- Follow-up to PPAP / Experimental / To Dos- Follow-up of runs for validation of customer complaints.- Monitor route card updates.- Monitoring rejections and process problems- Development of projects to reduce manufacturing costs.- Analyze and solve problems using different methodologies.- Costs and demands analysis.- Intermediate training for junior engineers and engineering assistants.- Ensure tools viability for production.- Comply with the applicable requirements of our environmental and quality systems.- Promote an HPT work culture.- Available to travel./ VISA**Interesados favor de postularse por este medio.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $31,800.00 - $33,800.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Descuento de empleados- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: On the road
