Are you ready to unleash your potential?Develops, implements and deploys process and tools related to calculation of sales commissions. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of commission payments as outlined in the plan and in accordance to policy. Calculates commission/incentive award payments to sales employees based on commission plan provisions. Investigates and resolves commission claims and account reconciliation issues. Interfaces with other job functions in the preparation of Sales commission reports, using reporting and analytics for presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance managementThe Sr. Program manager will be focussed on helping define, develop, and deliver complex, cross-functional transformation programs into the AMS Sales Compensation Operations Team, as well as the wider HPE organization, that deliver measurable and sustained benefits for our customers, partners and internal teams.This role will link very closely with the WW Sales Compensation and Readiness team to primarily manage the deployment of these complex projects to the AMS region. Focus will be on the classic project management aspects, but with a large focus on developing their individual SME knowledge of Sales Compensation processes. Detailed engagement with key stakeholders in our WW and AMS regions will be key factor to the success of this role.At a time of growth and mindset-shift to aaS of the Global Sales business at HPE, this is a critical role that will be focused on high-visibility, high-impact activities with critical outcomes for Sales. These high-priority Programs within the overall Sales Compensation environment where demands, volume and complexity keep increasing as we manage through our overall Sales transformation.The incumbent reports directly to the AMS Sales Compensation Operations and Engagement Lead and will form part of a wider team of Sales Compensation experts.**How you'll make your mark**:- Understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define. Shape and execute transformation programs,- Continuously seek out improvement opportunities- Fostering and facilitating organization-wide collaboration to solve complex business problems and provide an independent point of view- Leading cross-functional transformation programs - defining opportunities, evaluating data, designing, and implementing end-to-end optimal and sustainable solutions- Defining and executing change management initiatives to support strategy and process changes- Manages matrixed project resources effectively in planning and execution activities- Communicating program updates, KPI’s in a timely, succinct and engaging way to key stakeholders- Set and drive consistency through PM standard methodologies**About you**:- Typically, 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.- Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.- Prior experience as a PMO/ managing transformational projects on a global scale is an advantage- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage- Process Improvement Skills (Lean Six Sigma Certifications -Green/Black Belt beneficial)- Sales comp/ Partner Comp/ Sales Operations and/or sales experience is critical- Strong analytical skills- Excellent Microsoft Office skills- Selfless and supportive approach to the role- Advanced English**Personal Qualities and Skills**:- Growth Mindset: curious; continually learns and applies knowledge; challenges existing thinking and practices; contributes and adopts new ideas and approaches- Values driven: reinforces our HPE values through day-to-day actions and behaviors- Collaborative: works well with others; builds strong relationships and trust; contributes to an environment that promotes effective teamwork and strong collaboration- Adaptable communicator: ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas and updates (in both verbal and written communication) across all levels of the organization- Goal orientated: works independently, directing their initiative, ownership and energy to getting things done and achieving results- Flexible and Organized: professional and structured approach to program delivery; ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales with mínimal supervisionPrioriti
