Join us and let us focus together on what’s truly important: making lives better with new ideas and the latest technology around the world.**Specific Responsibilities**:- Execute daily transactions and Customer Support(additional detailed work instructions available upon request)- Process warranty and excess returns- Process credits and debits- Process special and sample orders- Generate quotes in SAP- Process internal orders (NOI’s)- Process tax credits and debits- Provide status for backorder for selected customer accounts.- Pull / push orders.- Urgent orders management.- Provide resolution to Customer inquiries.**Key Responsibilities**:- Execution of all transactions with a high level of accuracy and speed- Timely execution of all customer transactions: 24hrs or less.- Professionally draft customer communications.- Effective time management to best support customer inquiries**Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:- Associates degree in related discipline is preferred.- 2+ years of practical Customer Support experience- Strong verbal and written communication skills: fluent English required both verbal and written.- SAP experience strongly desired- Salesforce experience strongly desired- Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Demonstrated ability to address customer inquiries/escalations- Demonstrated logical reasoning, situational and time management while presenting a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.- High Level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.- Must be a self-starter and work independently of immediate supervision.**Equal Employment Opportunity Statement**
