IMPORTANTE CALL CENTER SOLICITA WFM REAL TIME ANALYST**Misión**: El RTA monitoriza/gestiona en tiempo real los recursos diarios disponibles de la manera más efectiva posible, participando de la planificación junto a los WFM planning specialist de las cuentas, gestionando los movimientos entre skill y, en definitiva, optimizando los tiempos entre las diferentes tareas a cubrir. Depende del Gerente de WFM.**Requisitos**:Ultimo grado de estudios bachillerato concluidoManejo de Excel avanzadoExperiência mínimo de 6 meses como Real Time, WFM o MISConocimiento de métricas operativas de Contac Center**Funciones**:Gestión de tiempo real de auxiliares y tiempos de conexiónEnvió de reportes de productividad a operaciónAnálisis de desviaciones en plan de vueloPlaneación y seguimiento de planes de acción junto con operaciones para mejora continua de KPI'S**Conocimientos**:Análisis de datos y marcado en call centerRealizar reportes gerencialesManejo de métricas de call centerConocimiento de KPI´s y SLAS´s en campañas In y Out BoundAdherencia de las llamadas telefónicasDimensionamientos**Ofrecemos**:Sueldo base bruto de 12,000Prestaciones de leyVentana de servisio de 1:00pm a 11:00pm**Zona**: Naucalpan (10 min. del Metro Cuatro Caminos) Interesados postularse por este medioAl ser una empresa socialmente responsable e incluyente no discriminamos por ningún motivo, causa o circunstancia y no solicitamos certificados médicos de no embarazo ni de virus de inmunodeficiencia humana.
