Real Estate - Legal Case Analyst (Remote)
We are looking for a highly organized, motivated candidate to support our acquisitions work in the U.S. real estate market.
This role combines research, communication, and investigative problem-solving. You'll work with cases where a property owner is deceased, which may involve heirs, probate, liens, judgments, and missing records.

Role Responsibilities
- Reach out to heirs, decision-makers, and property contacts by phone.
- Perform background research to identify ownership timelines and family connections.
- Review title documents, liens, and public records to determine deal feasibility.
- Verify details, document findings, and support our acquisitions process.
- Attend scheduled training calls and collaborate with team members.

Pay Structure
- Weekly guaranteed base: $400
- $250 commission per signed contract
- Top earners successfully average $800–$1,100 weekly
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Excellent spoken English with natural, confident communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
- Experience in real estate, paralegal work, probate, insurance claims, or call centers is advantageous.
- Tech-savvy: able to manage CRM tools, email, and basic online systems.
- Reliable equipment: laptop/PC, clear microphone headset, and solid internet.
Work Hours
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM CST
- Mandatory coaching: Mondays & Thursdays at 9 AM
