This is a hybrid strategic and technical role designed for a professional who bridges the gap between Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Science. You will not only analyze historical data but will also lead the development of predictive models to drive future business strategy. You will be the technical owner of our modern data stack, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake to build a unified, intelligent data ecosystem. Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling (AI/ML) Lead Model Development: Architect and deploy predictive models (regression, classification, forecasting) to solve complex business problems (e.g., churn prediction, demand forecasting). ML Ops: Utilize Azure Machine Learning (integrated with Fabric) or Snowpark for Python to train, track, and manage models. Translation: Act as the translator between complex ML outputs and actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders. 2. Data Architecture & Engineering (Fabric & Snowflake) Data Architectures & Flows: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of different data architectures (e.g., Medallion, Lambda, Data Mesh) and design complex data flows ensuring seamless integration between Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and other enterprise systems. Integration Strategy: Implement Mirroring for Snowflake databases to enable near real‑time analytics in Fabric without data movement, and utilize Shortcuts to virtualize data in OneLake. ETL/ELT Pipelines: Build and optimize robust pipelines using Fabric Data Factory (Pipelines & Dataflows Gen2) and Snowflake Tasks/Streams. API Integrations: Develop custom connectors and Python scripts to ingest data from 3rd‑party REST/SOAP APIs into the data lake and to push data to other enterprise tools. Integrated Reporting Strategy: Define and execute the reporting strategy across Tableau and HubSpot CRM, ensuring seamless integration where the CRM provides operational insights and Tableau delivers deep‑dive analytics from the central data warehouse. Dashboarding: Create high‑impact, interactive visualizations in Tableau utilizing advanced calculated fields and LOD expressions, while also configuring custom reports and dashboards directly within HubSpot for sales and marketing teams. 3. Technical Leadership Mentorship: Mentor junior analysts and engineers on coding standards (SQL/Python), data modeling best practices, and the Fabric ecosystem. Governance: Define and enforce data governance, security (Row‑Level Security), and quality standards across the platform. WHAT you bring: Microsoft Fabric: Deep expertise in Lakehouse architecture, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and Real‑Time Intelligence. Snowflake: Proficiency with Snowpipe, Time Travel, Zero‑Copy Cloning, and Snowpark. SQL: Expert‑level (Window functions, CTEs, stored procedures). Python: Advanced proficiency for data manipulation (Pandas/PySpark) and Machine Learning (Scikit‑Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch). Tableau & CRM: Advanced proficiency in Tableau (LODs, Parameters) and deep understanding of HubSpot object models and reporting tools. Integration & APIs Experience with RESTful APIs and authentication methods (OAuth, API Keys) for data extraction. Familiarity with logic apps or Azure Functions is a plus. C2‑level English: English will be used consistently for all team and stakeholder communication.
