This role involves analyzing production specifications, monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with various departments, and optimizing production schedules to meet demand while minimizing costs.**What you'll do**- Conduct component analysis based on the production plan to ensure daily compliance- Load batch production orders onto the floor in MII, considering capacity and complexity- Review stock levels in SAP- Enter “White Glove” inspection requests and comments into the shop floor system- Assist production with order fulfillment- Print and process parts orders- Attend Tier 2 and scrap meetings- Investigate and resolve stalled orders in MII, releasing them if necessary**Who you are**- Minimum of 3 years experience planning in production environment- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SAP is a plus- Proficient in conflict management- Skilled in setting and achieving objectives**What's in it for you**- Competitive compensation package including annual bonus- Generous benefits package including major medical expenses and life insurance- 14 days of vacation- 75% vacation premium- Paid time off- 30 days of Christmas bonus- Food vouchers and cafeteria service- Savings fund- Career developmental opportunities- A company culture that prioritizes internal developmentLI-JF1LI-OnsiteHunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
