**Job no**: **Brand**: Discova**Work type**: Full time**Location**: Cancun, Mexico**Categories**: Wholesale & Product**About the Opportunity**As the leader of the Fleet team, this position plays a key role to ensure that Discova meets and exceed its goals in operation excellence. The Fleet Leader will have the overall responsibility of the fleet’s everyday tasks: Fleet efficiency, SOPs’ are followed, constant cost and budget control and we deliver superior customer experience.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assign days-off and permissions for drivers- Complete and present weekly P&L report to Fleet Team Leader, including efficiency improvements.- Follow-up the insurance policies of the company's vehicles and make sure to have them up to date.- Vehicle license plates process and assignment.**The Essentials**:- Engineering or bachelor's degree in mechanics or related.- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a conveyor team.- Proficiency in written and spoken English fluently- The national language would be an advantage.- Proven track record in successful conveyor handling and excellent business efficiency.- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster teamwork by promoting diversity and inclusion.- A leader who has used his negotiation skills, motivation, creativity, and proactivity in the increase**The Attributes**:- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.- Results Orientated.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implementing change when needed.- Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).- High attention to details.**About Us**The Discova brand was launched in July 2019 and is the newest brand in the Flight Centre Travel Group family of brands.
