Esquema: Híbrido Zona de trabajo (INDISPENSABLE): AICM – Terminal 1 y Terminal 2 Tipo de posición: Tiempo completo Sobre el rol Buscamos un/a Project Manager con amplia experiencia en la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos y operativos , para liderar iniciativas relacionadas con kioskos de autoservicio en un entorno de alta criticidad y operación continua. El rol tendrá una presencia clave en sitio dentro del AICM (T1 y T2) , coordinando múltiples equipos y asegurando la correcta ejecución de proyectos con impacto directo en la experiencia del usuario y la operación del negocio. Responsabilidades Planear, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos relacionados con kioskos y soluciones de autoservicio . Gestionar el ciclo completo del proyecto: alcance, tiempos, costos, riesgos y calidad. Coordinar equipos técnicos, proveedores y áreas de negocio. Dar seguimiento a cronogramas, entregables y dependencias. Implementar y dar seguimiento a metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMBOK, Agile / Scrum). Utilizar herramientas de gestión como Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project , entre otras. Asegurar la correcta comunicación entre stakeholders y la toma oportuna de decisiones. Gestionar proyectos en entornos regulados y de alta disponibilidad. Requisitos Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Tecnologías de la Información, Administración o afines . Más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión o coordinación de proyectos, análisis de procesos o análisis tecnológico. Sólidos conocimientos en: Gestión de proyectos (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum). Herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project , u otras). Experiencia en proyectos del sector bancario . Experiencia en implementación de cajeros automáticos . Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
