Ensure that the percentage of scheduled maintenance is met with available resources according to planning._- 2. 100% of top offender machinery failures are analyzed with their respective root cause analysis._- 3. Manage human resources to maintain MTBF and MTTR levels within the target range._Is responsible for:- _Constantly supervise operators and maintenance technicians, including the molding technician, ensuring compliance with the weekly maintenance plan and completing the necessary indicators assigned._- _Document improvements made in the maintenance area, assisting with maintenance activities (preventive and corrective maintenance) according to the workload and as authorized by the supervisor._- _Perform adjustments and preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and general electrical tools, if necessary._- _Supervise and ensure the maintenance plan is in accordance with the weekly and/or annual schedule._- _Monitor and supervise daily maintenance orders (provide support if required)._- _Support the plant engineering department._- _Comply with the instructions of the area supervisor._- _Complete indicators assigned and document improvements in the area._- _Supervise suppliers and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standards established by the safety department at the plant._- _Assist the molding technician in activities if required, as directed by the supervisor._- _Supervise and assign activities to maintenance operators, maintenance technicians, and the molding technician._- _Assign preventive and corrective maintenance to maintenance technicians._- _Complete weekly incident logs and allocate overtime._- _Ensure compliance with the weekly maintenance plan._- _Propose preventive and corrective actions._- _Provide technical support when circumstances warrant._- _Evaluate personnel according to the skills matrix._- _Understand the quality policy and quality objectives._- _Perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with the documented quality system._- _Recommend and implement improvements to activities and processes within the quality system._Education and professional knowledge:- _Completed high school diploma or truncated degree in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical engineering._- _At least one year of experience as a leader in the maintenance area._- _Specialized technical level related to mechanical and electrical aspects of plant installations._Functional, technical and individual competences required:- _Diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults._- _Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity._- _Knowledge of cutting and welding._- _Knowledge of working at heights._- _Use of lifting platforms._- _Use of forklifts (licensed)._- _Knowledge of safety regulations._- _Knowledge of LOTO._- _Preventive and/or corrective maintenance of industrial machinery and facilities._- _Leadership._- _Teamwork._- _Conflict management._- _Analytical and decision-making skills._- _Proficiency in MP software._- It would be a distinct advantage if the Job holder has previous experience in the following areas:_- _Proficiency in design systems such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks._- _Knowledge of SAP._- _Certification for operating lifting platforms and forklifts._- _Knowledge of molding._Gute Gründe, um bei HARTING durchzustarten:**Development opportunities**Individual development and career plan, customized further trainingInformation at a Glance**Company location**:Silao, Mexico**Region**:México**Contact person**:Abigail Cervates**Recruiter phone**:**LinkedIn URL Recruiter**:
