**Ejecutivo de Nómina**Esta función apoyará el desarrollo y la aplicación de procesos y políticas relacionadas con los empleados con un enfoque justo, coherente y transparente a las personas, pero que también ayude a impulsar el rendimiento y el éxito del banco.Actividades a realizar:- Elaboración de todo tipo de cartas patronales, ST7 e incapacidades- Cumplimiento a obligaciones patronales (IMSS, RCV, INFONAVIT, FONACOT)- Confronta IDSE-SUA-NÓMINA (análisis de resultados)- Integración del Salario Base de Cotización y variabilidad- Gestiones ante dependencias gubernamentales (INFONAVIT, IMSS, FONACOT)RequirementsConocimientos:- Carrera profesional CP, LAE o afín.- Inglés intermedio, (avanzado deseable)- Manejo de platillas con volúmenes altos de empleados y varios registros patronales- Conocimientos y experiência de 2 años en ley del IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR - SALARIOS, LFT)- Manejo de portales IMSS-INFONAVIT-FONACOT, escritorio virtual, IDSE, Portal Patrones, buzón.- Reformas laborales y reglamentos.- Manejo de Excel preferentemente a nível intermedio-avanzado- Deseable manejo de Employee Central, Payroll - SAP Payroll.- Deseable tener conocimiento en modalidad 17 y 10 IMSSHabilidades / Competencias- Comunicación oral y escrita- Atención al detalle- Habilidades de Organización y gestión de tiempo.- Trabajo en equipo
