If you’re a Google Ads expert who’s also a strong communicator and collaborator, this role is for you.**About MVR Digital**You’ll be joining a nimble, collaborative team that values creative thinking, performance, and client happiness—all in a laid-back, remote-first environment.**Our Values**- Everyone an Entrepreneur: Treat the work like you own the business- Be a Thought Leader: Anticipate, don’t react- Respect Data, Make Human Decisions- Nothing Less than Ecstatic Clients- Keep It Simple- Own the Outcome**Key Responsibilities**- Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel Google campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Discovery- Own Google Merchant Center setup, feed maintenance, and optimization- Research and identify new audiences, keywords, and trends- Run A/B tests and iterate based on clear performance signals- Monitor budgets and pacing to hit ROAS and CPA targets- Analyze and present weekly campaign performance with actionable insights- Partner with account managers and strategists to align on broader goals- Write strong ad copy and collaborate on landing page/testing strategy- Proactively flag opportunities to scale or shift strategy- Exclude branded queries from performance reporting to maintain transparency**Technical Requirements**- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads—Search, PMax, Shopping, and YouTube- Strong grasp of full-funnel performance strategy and attribution models- Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization- Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel- Strong attention to detail with tracking, conversion actions, and pixel/tag setup- Familiarity with bid strategies (TCPA, TROAS) and segmentation best practices- Comfort interpreting data and explaining insights to clients**General Qualifications**- Excellent written and verbal communication- Strong organization and project management- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment- Bonus if you’ve worked with ecommerce or lead gen brands with complex funnels**Location & Compensation**- Location: Remote (must reside in Mexico)- Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract- Compensation: MXN 407,000- Benefits: Quarterly Bonuses**Why Join MVR Digital?**- Lead Google strategy for a portfolio of high-growth clients- Work alongside a sharp, creative, and supportive team- Be part of a modern agency where your ideas are heard and implemented- Grow with a company that values long-term partnerships and real results
