Pay: $40,400 per month (MXN) Required Skills & Experience 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management Knowledge of national shipping and delivery processes (rail and land) Experience with import/export processes and customs regulations along with fleet management and route planning Fluent Spanish and advanced English (reading, writing, speaking) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, or related field Experience in the food manufacturing industry Knowledge of SQF code compliance and Mexican NOM/NMX regulations Background in route optimization and cost-reduction strategies Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for one of their clients in the food manufacturing industry in the Querétaro area. This role will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process for corn milling products, including purchasing, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. The coordinator will manage inventory levels, plan delivery routes, and ensure timely product delivery to multiple sites while maintaining cost efficiency. They will collaborate closely with sales, production, and quality teams to optimize operations and meet customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring logistics performance, analyzing data to identify improvements, and preparing reports to support strategic decisions. The position also involves managing relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and fleet managers to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth transportation processes. Regular site visits will be required to ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards. This role demands strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.
