Strategy and Operations Manager Ii, Go-to-market, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.- Experience with data analysis and generating insights to decision making.- Experience managing business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners.**Preferred qualifications**:- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.- Experience leveraging problem-solving skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.- Experience tailoring and delivering reporting and presentations to the audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.- Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.About the jobAs a Strategy and Operations Manager for you will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on our priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity.
